Yes. As has been said in a number of publications about NX, the 1.4.0
core libraries did not yet support roundtrip suppression in single
application mode. If you don't believe me, read f.e. this series:

1.5.0 does it, and the latest FreeNX versions do also support it.

Update your installation. Check your node.conf settings. (Or copy
the node.conf.sample to node.conf and edit accordingly).
