Python extensions not working on Falkon 3.1.0/openSuse Linux Leap 15.3

Due to lack of release maintainer Falkon joined KDE Gear and adopted 
their version numbers. So version numbers follow KDE GEar scheme of
YY-MM.Minor eg "22.08.2"

It is not perfect, but since there is work done on Falkon which was JUST 
not released, it is better than nothing.
