Python extensions not working on Falkon 3.1.0/openSuse Linux Leap 15.3

Back in the day, I posted the steps to compile Falkon with Python plugin
support under openSUSE Tumbleweed. It still works for me. Maybe it also
works under Leap 15.3:

Well, rebuilding the whole browser seems a bit overkill, but I gave it a try anyway, in spite of the fact that it's using cmake and I loathe this thing with a passion. Sadly, turns out I was right:

CMake 3.18 or higher is required.  You are running version 3.17.0

Ah well... I'll try alternative ways of installing Falkon to see if it's any better. I've tried via flatpak, but the version number is weird, I don't know what I'm installing, and the paths for the preferences and the plugins are all different, so that's a bit annoying. I've seen there's version 3.2.0 as a snap available too, maybe I'll try that one to see if it's working better.

Thanks a lot anyway!
