Hello,

The option is located at
"Preferences > Browsing > Web Configuration > [] Disable automatic playing of videos"
It should be available in Falkon 3.1.0+ and QtWebEngine 5.11+.

Falkon supports plugins / add-ons / extensions.
In regards of using existing extensions from Chromium it is not on us,
We strongly depends on QtWebEngine to implement / include webextension API. If you still
insist on implementing WebExtensions in Falkon patches are welcome, but I assume it is more
worthy to send them to QtWebEngine project.
