Inline video playback error

New to Falkon. When I load this page...

https://www.vogue.com/article/nicole-kidman-charlize-theron-margot-robbie-bombshell-trailer

...the YouTube video plays, but the inline video beneath it will not. 
Both videos play in Firefox.

I encounter broken videos like this elsewhere in Falkon. Is there 
something to install, a setting, or is this a design choice?
