Default settings to improve first users impact on KDE Plasma

Hi,

I think that depends on the environment your users are used to. Our 
users at the city of Munich for example are used to the win2k and KDE3 
menu. Therefore we chose the classical menu. Also we generate the menu 
contents per user from data stored on a central LDAP server. The user 
only sees the apps needed in his or her department.
