Default settings to improve first users impact on KDE Plasma

Hi. In the enterprise world, when you start migrating workstations from
proprietary operating systems to Linux+KDE Plasma the first impact of
the GUI on users is not trivial, even if KDE Plasma is really easy to use.
Keeping in mind this consideration about GUI, as default, what do you
usually choose among the following Kickoff views [1]?:
- The default Application Launcher view; [2]
- the old and classic Application Menu. [3]
