clean-IT: Towards Sustainable Digital Technologies

Dear participants,

We are happy to announce the next clean-IT openXchange live talk!

**Next live talk: How to use AI for sustainable research?**

The next clean-IT openXchange live talk will take place this upcoming
Monday, April 25 at 16:00 CEST. This time **Dr. Jonathan Donges**,
Co-Leader at PIK FutureLab on Earth Resilience in Potsdam will be
talking about: How to use AI for sustainable research? [In his work][1],
he proposes to combine Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) with classical
analysis of trajectories in the World-Earth system. They are developing
an intelligent agent built on the concept of the agent-environment
interface for variable manageable environment models of the Earth system.
