Goal compatibility request

Hello Arkadiusz,
Elisa is in a bit of an odd position right now having lost its original
developer and maintainer. However it has survived this challenge and
remains healthy due to community contributions. I'm probably the closest
it has to a current maintainer, but I lack the deep technical skills to
be a lead dev and would welcome your involvement!
Your ideas seem good to me, and not at all incompatible with the project
direction. Most of those are things we want anyway and simply haven't
had the resources yet to implement or fix.
So if you'd like to work on Elisa to get this stuff done, I say that
sounds wonderful to me!

For this to happen however, much work is needed and some of it could be in conflict with your vision of what Elisa should be and I'd rather start writing my own mpd-client from scratch than end up with a fork.
