Hello,

dividing Elisa into LGPL and GPL is pretty easy I think.
There is already the elisaLib. So I would go ahead and leave everything in 
there under LPGL, while licensing the Elisa application including all QML files 
with GPL. I think this is a good start at least.

Anyways, do other KDE projects on the Microsoft store have similar issues?
