No subject

Hello all,
I have finished adding transitions to header bar successfully based on this
issue <https://phabricator.kde.org/T6293>, but I am facing problems while
pushing the code.
I even tried changing the commit author to my KDE identity user's username,
even though I am facing this error.
Should I have a developer account for pushing my code.
