I've got an issue with the lib installation:

-- Installing: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/elisa-0.3.0-1.fc30.x86_64/usr/usr/
lib64/elisa/libelisaLib.so.0.1
-- Installing: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/elisa-0.3.0-1.fc30.x86_64/usr/usr/
lib64/elisa/libelisaLib.so.0
-- Installing: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/elisa-0.3.0-1.fc30.x86_64/usr/usr/
lib64/elisa/libelisaLib.so

Libs are installed in /usr/usr/lib64/ instead of /usr/lib64/.
