0.1.1 release for Elisa

Hello,

I have decided to try to honor the promise for bugfix only release and pushed 
a 0.1.1 release with the following commit:

* search for more cover names in directory
* remove the huge playlist icon

I will continue to work on packaging of stable versions with flathub.
I will modify the craft recipe to build this version.

Many thanks to the distribution packagers that have added 0.1 release.
