PowerDevil Backport request

Hi everyone,

there’s a change in Solid [1] that makes it report unknown battery 
percentage as -1, which in turn prompts PowerDevil to show nonsense 
notifications.

Therefore, if you ship KDE Frameworks 6.30, I would suggest you backport 
the following patch (which will be part of 6.7.6 and 6.8 but that’s a 
while away) to avoid this happening:
