From a quick glance it looks to me as if every relevant distribution [version]
likely to ship KDE Plasma 6.7 right now already comes with QtKeychain 0.16 -
it is two months old, after all.

On the Gentoo side, 0.16.0 was stabilised a month ago and 0.15.0 dropped soon
after, but we make extra sure that no user can build plasma-nm-6.7.2 against
older versions by having already raised the minimum requirement there.
