Ping. This is kinda urgent, as right now plasma 6.7 networkmanager is broken
for many (most?) users, as all the old wifi passwords are "forgotten" until a 
fix is found.

right now the alternatives are mainly 3:
* bump the shipped QtKeychain
* backport the relevant QtKeychain patch and ship an updated package
* put some workaround code in plasma-nm 6.7 only, but this would be the least 
tested/testable way
