Attention when updating to Qt 6.10.1

Hi,

when upgrading your distribution to Qt 6.10.1 please make sure to 
rebuild plasma-workspace.

The reason is that otherwise there will be a nasty crash in plasmashell 
(see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512500).

This appears to be related to some sort of incompatibility with code 
generated by qmlcachegen from the previous version (hence the rebuild 
fixes it), but the details are a bit fuzzy at this point. I will follow 
up if anything needs to be done to avoid such issues in the future.
