We are telling someone else's users that we don't support them.
While it is true, it is not us that is the primary place for their
support. It is the distribution. And we shouldn't actively be telling
them anything.

And after all, it is just an extra knob for distributions to need to
patch out (and get wrong) - the only thing we gain from it is more
distributions patching our software more. We don't want that.
