powerdevil-6.3.90/91 packaging side patch needed for systemd version 255 and 256

Hi all,

If your distribution is using the systemd version v255.x or v256.x due to 
upstream regression, you will need to do manual revert of one commit in 
powerdevil package.

Otherwise powerdevil will not start.
