Backport important fixes for Kasts and Kclock 24.12.3

Hi,

We recommend distributions to backport the fixes mentioned below for 
Kasts and Kclock to the current 24.12.3 deployments.
Since the Kirigami 6.12 update these apps have several broken dialog 
boxes that make parts of the apps unreachable.  These fixes will be part 
of the upcoming 25.04, but we consider it important to already fix the 
current deployments.
