Freedesktop.org Gitlab outage

Hi all,

In the past few hours it looks like the Freedesktop.org admins have
commenced the migration of their Gitlab to it's new home.

During this time this means all their repositories are inaccessible, which
is understandably quite disruptive.

To minimize disruption to KDE workflows we have added all the
Freedesktop.org repositories we're aware of that KDE uses to
https://invent.kde.org/mirrors

If there are any additional repositories people are missing please let me
know.
