High-priority backport for Akonadi 25.08.0

Hi, it looks like 
https://invent.kde.org/pim/akonadi/-/merge_requests/270 wasn't 
backported to the 25.08.0 release, you'll want to add that to your 
Akonadi packages ASAP. Without it the UI for changing or deleting 
accounts in Merkuro won't load which effectively makes it impossible to 
make account changes directly in Merkuro.
