Friendly request to ship kio-fuse by default

Due to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431079, I recommend waiting for
5.0.1 or backporting https://invent.kde.org/system/kio-fuse/-/merge_requests/43
and/or https://invent.kde.org/system/kio-fuse/-/merge_requests/44.

It fixes a crash when the terminal window is open while searching in Dolphin.
