Friendly request to ship kio-fuse by default

Hello distros!

kio-fuse (https://invent.kde.org/system/kio-fuse/) is an important piece 
of software that substantially improves the experience of interacting 
with files on network shares using non-KDE apps run in Plasma. Its first 
stable version (5.0.0) was just released recently.

I'd like to ask all of you to make sure you're shipping it by default in 
your KDE metapackages, or make it a recommended dependency of Dolphin, 
or something like that, to make sure that your users get it installed 
without having to do anything manual. Thanks a ton!
