Akonadi < 20.12.3 and MySQL >= 8

Hey,

MySQL >= 8 and Akonadi (< 20.12.3) do not play together, as the configuration 
changed another time in contrast to MariaDB[#421922]. Will be fixed with the 
next bugfix release. I recommend to back port the following patch:
