Please update krunner (KDE Frameworks 5.71 & 5.72) with a patch as crash fix

Hi,

to prevent a direct crash[1] of the KRunner app by simply enabling or having 
enabled at least the PIM Contacts plugin (but potentially also other krunner 
plugins), please consider to add a patch to your package builds with the quick 
fix 8f7ce559b84ee0c21de0256e6591793e4b95f411 [2] for the krunner library (part 
of KDE Frameworks) to the released versions 5.71 & 5.72.
