akonadi-search 20.08: make sure to build against KF 5.73, if 5.72/71 KF patch needed

Hi,

krunner crashing due to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=423003 ("krunner
crashes as soon as I start typing when PIM Contact Search plugin is enabled")
is trying to make a quick reappearance, finding a loophole in release timing
races...
Let's make sure not too many of our users run into it:

PROBLEM

akonadi-search 20.08 when built, from git or tarballs, against unpatched KF
KRunner 5.72 or 5.71 will trigger that crash.
20.04 could be built from tarballs without triggering it, so that changed for
20.08 and thus could need your action now.

SOLUTION

If you have KF 5.71 or 5.72 and have the current package of akonadi-search
20.08 built against that and have not applied the patch for KF KRunner as
advertized in
    https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/distributions/2020-July/000427.html
please apply the patch now and generate new KF KRunner packages, then make
sure akonadi-search 20.08 is rebuild against that.

Or make sure your released packages of akonadi-search 20.08 are built against
KF 5.73.

I guess next time instead of recommending a patch rather an updated release
tarballs with the patch included might be better, to make sure distributions
have an easier time to pick up such more important fixes?

Cheers
Friedrich
