Important fix for kio-help and Frameworks 5.51

Hi,

if you ship Frameworks 5.51, please make sure to include the following patch:
https://commits.kde.org/kio/cf3b0d102855a4a90db3fb65a99e0009fcdd3755

which fixes https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399709

Without the patch kio-help crashes, which can be seen in khelpcenter:
