critical bugfix in KCoreAddons 5.30

hi all,
due to a problematic commit in kcoreaddons (49bc26a135bf) some problems to 
kcoreaddons users ensued.
one was that the order of keys in desktop files mattered, because if
the servicetypes entry was after a key which format depends from the 
servicetype (ie not a string) the resulting json would be wrong

this patch should be used in distributions and/or a kcoreaddons 5.30.1 should 
be generated with above commit to adress the issue
