Hi,

please backport
http://commits.kde.org/kaccounts-integration/fe6b9c7b2511ba5ebc15542b0b7280c55e17ffa4

to your kaccounts-integration packages.

There is a bug with 15.08.2/.3 which breaks KDE Telepathy
accounts connection, affecting pretty much all users.

The fix will be in 15.12 but no more 15.08 releases will be
done, so please backport that patch to your 15.08.3 packages.

I consider this a critical patch.
