Big problem with shredded tags

[ralfs.artworks at gmx.de]

Hi, friends.

Big problem: Tried DigiKam software (Win 11) to replace my old old Microsoft photo gallery with > 200.000 tagged and deeply structured shooting pictures oft he last 40 years.

Now all my tags – including face tags are in pure chaos.

Urgently need help to repair. Unfortunately there’s no complete and actual backup available.

Thank you all in advance.

P.S.: Answer in German wld b gr8 – but English will also do.

Ganz liebe Grüße vom Ralf, dem Auenlandfrauenfotografen
