Makernote Metadata is gone

Hi Andrej,

Maker notes are now retained when saving a new image if ExifTool is used to 
write metadata.

The pre-release of digiKam-9.0.0 with this change will be available here soon 
(1-2 days): https://files.kde.org/digikam/
