Makernote Metadata is gone

Okay, this is about writing to a new image from the image editor. You
shouldn't enable writing with ExifTool for now. There are no problems with
Exiv2. The cause is probably that ExifTool is ignoring the MakerNotes because
it's a new image and MakerNotes wouldn't "fit" theoretically. I'll take a look
at it.
