How to stop Digikam writing to MOV files?

Yes, we implemented a fallback to ExifTool, even when ExifTool wasn't active,
because Exiv2 cannot write certain image types. This issue has now been fixed
in git/master; when sidecars are enabled for read-only files, there is no
longer a fallback to ExifTool.
