Batch Processing Speed

Hi Martin,

Sounds like the time latency is relevant to the database lock. Do you
use digiKam under Windows ? If yes, probably an external program lock
file system, as a n anti-virus stuff for ex.

Please also capture the debug traces at run time. It's explained in
details at this url :

We will see where the problem occurs exactly.
