Support for RAW files from the EOS R5 Mark II was just added to libraw and to 
digiKam a day ago in git/master. Therefore, this support will only be included 
in digiKam version 8.9.0.

So, here with a git/master version, the RAW files look good; I haven't yet 
found a sample HEIF file from the camera on the web.
