Change from old colors label (full box) to new labels (underline only)

Hi,

The technical solution with color labels has been retained to optimize
space in icon-view. This is another long time topic discussed in
bugzilla with other users. So we will not restore the olde color label
behavior.

But you are free to create a new wish in bugzilla to add an intensity
setting for the color label rendering on icon-view. This is
technically possible and easy to implement.
