tag shortcuts disappear from toolbar on startup

each time i open digikam i have to re-add my tag shortcuts to the toolbar.
they disappear on each open, and when i go to add them back, it shows that
they should still be there, so i have to move them to "available actions"
then back to "current actions" on each startup. is anyone else experiencing
this? thanks!
