In the "good old days" of the  DK 8.2 and 8.3 (if memory serves me
right and because I'm an old dinosaur), I used to select multiple
tags and it was always an 'AND'

and since I recently upgraded to 8.6.0... This is why the subject
line says:

'could be a bug'
