XMP metadata in database ?

Thank you, Gilles, for your reply.
I understand that these tags are specific to DJI drone users.
Until now, I have been using Exiftool command line to extract these tags into a database, but having discovered digiKam, I was hoping to avoid these scripts (I am not an expert in development, and my scripts are probably not optimised).
As I professionally manage a photo library of over 100,000 drone photos, which I map using GIS tools (with the importance of orientation metadata), I would have liked to use digiKam's tools for the complex parts that I don't know how to handle, such as automatic metadata scanning and updating modified files.
Nevertheless, digikam is fantastic, and I use it for my personal (non-drone) photo library with great pleasure!
