slowness when applying metadata

Hi,

Another test will be the 8.7.0 pre-release installer for Windows when
it will be available, probably the weekend.

For the moment digiKam does not start due to missing dlls. I work on it.

In this new installer, Exiv2 has been updated from 0.28.1 to 0.28.3.
Also ExifTool is upgraded to the last version published. This can
help.
