Facial recognition isn't working

Hi Mike, how do I enable face recognition on the download screen? I couldn't see a button anywhere. I guess I'm not really sure how face recognition is supposed to work. If it is enabled, and I download a picture with people that are already tagged in the digikam database, when I display the picture will it already have a box around the person's face and their name underneath, assuming it was recognized?
