AW: HEIC files since September 18th do not display any more in digiKam

Hi,

 

I have digiKam version 8.4.0 Build date 12.07.2024 16:14 (target: RelWithDebInfo) on Windows. 

 

HEIC files show normally in browser.

 

I can understand the explanation of the change of the format by Apple. However, no clue on how to get an updated lib into my digiKam version. Any complete new version or build of digiKam available that I could try?
