HEIC files since September 18th do not display any more in digiKam

Hi,

Yes, the 8.5.0 pre-release for windows is available here :

https://files.kde.org/digikam/

Do not use it yet in production, just for testing with some file samples.
We work hard currently to fix bugs.

It's build with VCPKG package manager from Microsoft where heif is already
1.18.2 :

https://vcpkg.io/en/package/libheif

Note : digiKam 8.5.0 for MacOS (Silicon and Intel) are also updated to last
heif provided by Macports :

https://ports.macports.org/port/libheif/

Only the Linux AppImage is not yet updated. It still in my todo list.
