Tag - Icon

Hello!

I really enjoy using digikam and use it quite intensively.
It's just great

But I have a Problem with "Tag-Icons"!

I create my own Tag-Icon: a little white spuare.
I can change the Icons without a Problem.

But:
After some time or after an update the new Icon disappear.

How can I fix this?
Is it possible to assign your own buttons to the application list?
Or is there a "safe" path for your own icons?
