Image Quality Sorter

As a followup question, in the documentation for Image Quality Sorter there is a note: “Since it is a time consuming process it’s a good idea to check Work on all processor cores and restrict the job to certain albums or tags.”
But, where does make these selections? There’s no such settings in the Image Quality Sorter dialog and I’ve looked in Settings and Preferences and can’t find anything like them.
