how to add copyright in RAW

The best way is to create a template with the appropriate copyright 
information.
Enable writing of metadata with ExifTool and enable writing to RAW files. Make 
sure that writing and reading from sidebars is disabled.
Now you can select and apply the template using the right sidebar and caption 
tab, even to multiple images.
Run a test on copies of RAW files to see if everything works as expected.
