AppImage not longer working since upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04

Hi, I just signed up and this is my first post.  If I am not following the
proper process just let me know.

I saw the "AppImage not longer working since upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04"
post and I think the problem could be similar to one I had recently.  I am
no expert but this might help. I found the solution here.
