Tag manager

Hi everybody !

I have a question about the tag manager : when organizing tags, is it 
possible to cut and paste ? I couldn't see a way to do so.

The tag manager drag & drop function is OK for a short list.

Problem is that when the tag is far away from the root tag, you can't 
see the root tag to drag & drop it.

Other question : is it possible to export the list as text, proceed it 
in a text editor, and re-import the list ?

It could be a solution to reorganize the tag list if it's not possible 
to cut and paste.
