Auto Tag Feature [Re: digiKam 8.3.0 is released]

It took me rather a while to find out why the auto tagging tool did not work for me: the reason is, that the files are imported from my iPhone in .HEIC format. That was the show-stopper.
After having converted the .HEIC files into .JPG the tool worked as expected.

Is there anything I did not configure correctly for processing .HEIC files?
